How We’re Working Towards Our Goals
Local Manufacturers Association Partners with U.S. Navy to Boost Local Workforce Pipeline

The program’s mission is to energize and engage the American economy by creating and sustaining a workforce pipeline, supporting naval projects, and bolstering the national defense industry in York County. The program recruits, hires, trains, and retains workers in the maritime and defense industrial base to ensure employers have access to skilled talent with critical trade skills in these specialty areas.
